Unable to sort playlists. No column or filter function

My Question or Issue

I am a new premium customer switching from Google Play Music.

I seem to not be able to sort my playlists on the desktop app or on the web player.  I am however able to find this function in the Android app.

According to the steps here:

I don't even have columns to sort on web player or desktop app? See attached images.

I'm not impressed so far with the limited functionality I am experiencing.

Wow. Cancelling my subscription then. This is simply unusable.
