Hey there @Wurmmann,

Thank you for your post.

This is expected behavior. If you press "Play" on a song it will go directly to your Recently Played. It doesn't matter how long you played the song for.

If you have any questions we're always happy to help 🙂

Cheers!

My recently played shows all songs as streamed even when I skipped the song

Hello,

Is anyone else having this issue? It's a minor thing, but as Spotify tracks what you listen to and bases your playlist on your history, I would like this rectified. I have tried uninstalling the apps on my phone and laptop and turning both on and off. Nothing has changed. I have updated the programs as needed.

Any advice?

I was told recently by a Spotify employee in a chat that songs should only count if you’ve played them for more than 30 seconds which was the case for me until a week ago.
