Why is my "top tracks this month" feature is not updating

Why is my "top tracks this month" feature is not updating

For some reason the songs I have been listening to on repeat recently have no been appearing on this list, whilst songs I have not listened to are stuck on thier position on the list. Does anyone know why this is?

Thanks for the post.

 

The contents of such playlists are automatically generated, based on your listening activity when Private Session is turned off.

 

Note that some songs may stay in your top lists for longer periods of time if you've spent more minutes listening to them overall.

 

What you can do is unfollow and follow the playlist back to refresh it.

Hi there, 

Thank you for your response. 

The only thing is that this feature is not a playlist, it's the "Your top tracks this month" on my profile. I can't follow and unfollow it. Some songs have been appearing on the list whilst other ones I have on repeat aren't appearing

Thanks for clarifying this.

 

The songs will eventually update, so no worries there, they might just need some more time than usual in order to show up on your profile. It's possible that the listen count hasn't surpassed that of a top track from a previous month, so that's why it's not showing up yet. We recommend you keep listening to your favorite music, while checking the list every once in a while for potential updates.

I click on my Spotify profile, and none of the songs I've been playing show up. Why is this? And how do I get it back? I subscribed in September. I am really frustrated with this.
