My Question or Issue

My Wrapped doesn't give me any statistics and just skips to a screen showing my past years' playlists. The url changes to "https://open.spotify.com/genre/2019-page?ineligibilityReason=ineligible.keep_listening"

The moderators are currently looking into the issue: https://community.spotify.com/t5/Ongoing-Issues/Spotify-Wrapped-2019-link-says-I-m-not-eligible-even...

But first, please make sure to try out the following first:

• Make sure you've logged into the right account
• Access the Wrapped page on a different browser
• Use an incognito or private window in your browser
• Use a different device
