[Your Library] Issues with Playlist

[Your Library] Issues with Playlist

  1. Whenever I click on a song in my playlist and I wait more than 10 seconds to back out of the song so I can scroll down my playlist while still listening to it, the playlist resets back to the top so that I have to scroll through a lot of songs before I can get back to it. It could be fixed if the scroll line on the side could be used. This problem is on a Roku TV.

To keep investigating the case you're reporting, we need a bit more info. 


Would you mind checking if this happens on a different device, or with the Roku connected to a different TV? 


If the issue persists, could you try it with a different WiFi network or mobile hotspot?
