My Question or Issue

my main language is italian, but i dont know why some things in spotify are in japanese for example: Bring me the horizon is now written in katakana alphabet and others. I dont know what to do, i changed again language but nothing, reinstalled app but nothing, what do i do?

Thanks for getting in touch about this and welcome to the Community! 

First up, we suggest that you try switching to the Japanese version of the app in your iPhone's settings, and then back to the Italian version to see if this makes the difference.

If the issue persists, could you let us know if you have Japanese listed as one of your keyboard preferred languages? If so, we suggest that you remove it from the list altogether for a moment to check if it does the trick.
