My Question or Issue
problematic library.
Hey @Brendan_Wang,
Thank you for your post here in the Community. We're happy to help.
In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.
It can also be great to try with another internet connection.
If that doesn't do the trick - can you let us know which version of the app you have?
We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂
Cheers!
the latest version of Spotify is 8.5.83.1075, a bug/glitch has occasionally causing my library to be "cleared". i'm sure before i leave the app the library was full of songs.
Hey again @Brendan_Wang,
Thank you for your reply.
Can you let us know if this occurs on one specific device or multiple devices?
Also - it would be great if you'd let us know which playlist/playlists this occurs on.
Keep us posted 🙂
Cheers!
unfortunately your solution didn't solved my problem and now all my Android devices facing the same problem.
Hey @Brendan_Wang,
Can you confirm if you tried with another internet connection?
Also - can you try to log in with another account on the device/devices this occurs on - such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists?
Cheers 🙂
haven't try with other internet connection i.e WiFi.
currently only log in via Facebook, not yet try other account i.e Google. when problem happens you can see only current song show up while all others pending songs being "cleared".
Hey again @Brendan_Wang,
Thank you for your reply and confirmation.
Can you try with another internet connection to see if you can see any changes.
It would also be great if you can log in with another account to see if the issue persists.
If you don't know anyone that can log in with another account on your device/devices - can you create a new account that you try with?
Cheers!
