Hey @sisakeszter,

Thanks for reaching out.

In order to investigate this, please let us know the following:

  • Your exact app version.
  • Did the playlist work normally before this started happening?
  • Have you been using Private Session while listening to music?
  • Have you checked if you're seeing the same message on a different device and the web player?
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps like logging out and back in a couple of times and/or clean reinstalling the app?

Keep us posted.

My Question or Issue

More or less what it says on the tin. My daylist is empty. However, when I go to my "made for you," it's titled as though there is music on it, but if I press play, nothing happens.

ETA: What I've done to troubleshoot:
*Reload the page in the app
*Restart the app
*Reset data
*Look on other devices

FYI, I just got into work and looked at my daylist on my work computer. It refreshed into an empty daylist. It was, however, populated with songs for the fraction of a second before it refreshed.

The daylist just updated and populated with songs. Maybe it was a one-off glitch.

Hey there @emimeni

Thanks for getting in touch about this here in the Community.

We're glad to know that now it's working as expected. If the issue resurfaces, you can try logging out and then logging back in to your account twice in a row. This will help trigger a sync between your account and device.

If you need a hand with anything else, just let us know.

Could someone explain this madness? I follow a bunch of artist, but won't get anything in my daylist! It says I have to listen to music first. I'm not going to listen to a random track just to get a daylist. Why is it so inconceivable for Spotify to just generate a daily mix WITHOUT THE GREATEST HITS ALL THE TIME of everyone you follow? Windows Meida Player could do this 25 years ago. What is the problem? Is this because I'm not paying anymore? Why can you just not get a shuffle of everyone you follow?
