i recently went back to premium, i still have my play list on my phone but when i dl the app on my pc it says i don't have a library

Thanks for the post.

Most likely you're logged in another Spotify account on your PC, on which you don't have Premium and any of your playlists.

We recommend logging out and checking this article for some helpful tips on finding the log-in details of your original account.
