liked songs playlist and other random playlists dont load when i tap on them

My Question or Issue
for the past few days now i have not been able to access my liked songs playlist, among seemingly random other playlists, on my phone.
when i tap on them it does not load and i am left with a blank screen. i have made the clean reinstall as the community has suggested but it has not helped.

please let me know what to do

I'd like to ask you for a few more pieces of information. Is it happening just on your phone or you aren't able to see your playlists and Liked songs on other platforms too? e.g. your desktop or the Web Player

Thanks for your response. You mentioned you already tried the clean reinstall of the app. So, in this case, I'd like to ask what is the current version of your Spotify app and if you're running an Alpha or Beta version of it. Also, if possible, it would be very helpful if you could provide us with a screenshot of when you try to open an affected playlist. 
I also recommend that you try to open your Spotify account on another phone and check if the issue persists there, just to make sure if this is an account or device-related issue.
