"My Shazam Tracks" doen't appear

 

Hi 

 

I have been using spotify & Shazam apps on ONE PLUS latest OS and on LENOVO laptop (Windows 10). 

I have connected the two account this morning (Shazam app says its connected) but this playlist with all the songs synced doen't appear in my libraby ... 

I have tried to solve it with disconnection/reconnection and install/reinstall but it didn't change.

Thank you for reaching out to the Community.

 

In this case we suggest that you perform a clean reinstall of the app. This will make sure there's no old cache files causing this.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you try the same procedure from a different device to see if the issue persist?

Thanks Jeremy for your quick answer! Unfortunately, this one didn't work... 

I tried a clean reinstall in both my laptop & smartphone, and in both the app didn't reinstall with the shazam playlist... 

Hope we'll find a solution !
