what is wrong with my spotify on ps4?

so on console when i listen to my music.. another song starts randomly. and there are no other devices connected to my account. i thought downloading the app again would fix it.. and it did for a little while. but it starting happening again. please tell me how i can fix it. thank you!

If you notice any suspicious activity on your Spotify account, always follow the steps below first:

1. Open the Reset Password form in a private/incognito window and create a new, strong password you haven’t used for another online service; 

2. Open your Account Page, scroll down and click on SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE.
