Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

To confirm, you need to have been opted into Product News in your notifications settings before December 1st to receive an email about Wrapped. All the info here.

About nothing showing in the app but the Top 100 playlist, have you already double-checked you're on the latest version of your phone's operating system and also Spotify?

If anything seems wrong with the app, it'd also be good to running a clean reinstall.
