About songs on iphone

When loading a song onto a playlist, it works fine. When that playlist is updated on iphone, it replaces the song with another one, similar name and artist is the same, but it is a different song. It always does this with just one song. Any way to stop it replacing, as it will just update when it stops autosearching for a similar song in the database.

Is that song a local file on your computer?

Its a file from itunes and is a local file, mainly a song that is not on spotify. I presume that spotify looks through its database for a song that matches it, but it got the wrong one.
