Access Remote control for pc via lockscreen

Is there a way to control what i play on the pc when the phone is locked?? It works when its being played only on the phone, what bout when im playing  on the pc?? Thanks

Unfortunately, iOS only displays the controls on the lockscreen if the app is outputting audio. This is a rule by Apple.

Since Spotify is outputting the audio on the PC app and not the iPhone app, iOS is not detecting any audio so it won't show the controls.
