So there is a guy called Ricegum and he is on youtube and he has diss tracks on youtube and I think it would be cool if I could listen to them on spotify.

All the content on Spotify is delivered by the artist/labels themselves. So try to contact the artist (ricegum) and ask him to put his creative works on Spotify.
