I used to add songs to the queue all the time, and today I went to do so... and the BUTTON IS GONE. Help!!

It's still there in my 5s- have you tried killing the Spotify from the multitasking feature?  Double-click the home button, swipe your way right till you get to Spotify, then swipe up on Spotify.  If that doesn't work, I'd try a hard restart of the iphone, where you hold the sleep/wake button till you see the white apple logo on the black screen.
