Trying to add my wife's existing account to my family plan

Hi! 

You can add your wife to your Spotify Family account from your account settings page (access this from a web browser). Go to spotify.com/account and click "Go" under the "Manage your family accounts" tab. If you have an available slot, you can invite someone using their email address or by sending them a direct link.

I did invite and she got the invite but said she can't add because she has an existing account I had read you could join a family members account and everything would transfer no list music
