Album cover showing only in WIFI not Mobile Data

Hi All,

Since a few months, the album covers don't show when I listen with the app on mobile data (4G) but it shows only on WIFI.

Is there a way to get it back.  I have reinstalled several time the app.

Fist pic is on 4g and 2nd pic on WIFI

Hey @SarLog,

Welcome to the Community and thanks for reaching out about this here.

Your iPhone might be running on 'Low Data Mode', which prevents some Spotify features from being enabled in order to reduce data consumption while not on a WiFi network.

Let's try deactivating the 'Low Data Mode' to see if what you're experiencing with the album covers is fixed as a consequence. To do so:

1. open Settings on your iPhone
2. click on ‘Cellular’
3. click on ‘Cellular data options’
4. switch off ‘Low Data Mode’

Lastly, try to log out and then back in to your Spotify account.

I’m wondering why album covers reload constantly in Spotify on iOS 13.3? Every time I switch apps and go back to Spotify I see album cover reloading. Background App Refresh is turned on for Spotify, Low Power Mode: off.
