All Downloaded Songs 'Undownload'

Earlier this morning, I was listening to music and I went out of range of reception. When I went to change songs, I discovered all 3000 something songs on my phone weren't available offline. According to the 'offline devices' section of my account, there are four currently registered. My data is very limited and I'm genuinely disappointed because it is going to take me a long time to reinstall all of the music. Additionally, some songs (very few) were still available after this.

Can I get any support from a representative of Spotify on this issue? I'm concerned about having this happen again and I listen to far too much music to deal with this constantly. Thanks so much for any help.
