An error occurred Try again

So I just made a new spotify account and bought prenuim, when I log in on iOS and try to listen to music it constantly Pops up with *An Error has Occurred" "Try again"

I've done everything in my power and it still no luck

 

Any ideas??? 

 

If not i will have to switch to apple music even though I already paid :'(

Hey @max1010

 

There seems to be an issue affecting mobile and web players (both unusable). However, don't worry as Spotify is aware of the issues and is looking into it. Hopefully there is a fix available soon! 🙂

 

The desktop client, a computer client, works. Just letting you know. : )

Nah, you're not alone. 🙂

 

The web player is now working, for me at least (open.spotify.com, accessible via Edge, Chrome, Firefox, Opera). Hopefully the mobile client issue will be healed very soon too!
