App constantly crashing :(

App constantly crashing :(

Device: iPhone XR iOS 16.2

 

The app will crash when:

  • I open it after a few hours of not using it
  • I play from a new playlist (i.e. I start listening to a different playlist than I wasn’t originally listening to)
  • I queue a song (within playlists, didn’t notice this problem when searching a song and queuing)
  • I click on a song (within playlists, didn’t notice this problem when searching a song and queuing)

 

I have clean reinstalled the app, made sure to update the app, update my iPhone, and done all the other little tricks I could find on the internet and it has not helped. The only thing that kind of worked was updating my iPhones iOS software, then it pretended to be fine for a good 6 hours before crashing constantly again. I renders the app unusable when I rely on it for so much. And what’s the point of paying for premium if it’s not doing what premium does?? Also, it’s been like this for a good 2-3 weeks.
