My Question or Issue

For a month or more now my app keeps crashing after years of use.

it happened when I had IOS 12 and 13.5 so it's probably not related to that matter.

when I download the app it works, until it's closed for the first time, then it crashes in its second launch.

I tried to close the app and open it, clean cache, update iOS and Spotify version, re-downloading and installing.. nothing works.

Unfortunately that's the reason I changed back to free plan, I love Spotify and hate your competitors so please help me and make me a paying customer again.

Hope you're doing great!

Could you try using the Sign Out Everywhere option in your Spotify's account page?

 

I'd suggest doing a proper clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

Recently there's been an issue with apps on iOS randomly just crashing and it happened last night to me with Instagram. Just had to clean reinstall it. To solve this issue Apple has reissued some updates to many apps to fix this.

Still not working unfortunately...

It has nothing to do with Apple, all of the other applications are working properly.

It's the Spotify IOS app.
