App is redownloading same playlists everyday

Premium account, Canada, iPhone 12 pro

ios 14.2.1

It seems every day when i relaunch the app in my phone I see the download bar at the top pop up and start downloading hundreds of songs for playlists that I’ve already downloaded the previous day. The playlists that are affected are often the same but nearly any of them can be affected by this issue. It is an issue I’ve been experiencing on multiple iPhones, iOS updates and app updates. It’s been going on for the better part of a year now. It’s kind of frustrating. 

I’ve attached two pictures from today and the previous day showing the downloading that’s been occurring.
