Apple Watch 4 paired with iPhone6S

My Question or Issue

When I tap on my Spotify library on my Apple Watch and then select Playlists, Favorite Songs appears but my other playlists are VERY slow to appear on the screen. Lists of my Pocadcasts, Artists and Albums appear very quickly if I select one of those options instead so I don't know why the list of of Playlists can take 10 min or more to appear
