Artist shuffle?

Ok, I feel dumb. I can't find the new artist shuffle button anywhere on either my iPhone app or my ipad app. How do you play all songs by an artist in shuffle?

Got to ask, why the different accounts :P? 

I don't see the artist shuffle button on my iPhone either on Premium so wondering does the button only show if you log in with a free account?

My family shares one premium account on three phones. I set up a separate free account for my other devices.
