Can't listen to local files on Spotify on my iphone, but I can on my computer?

When I try to listen to a song on my iphone it says "Track Not Synced", but it is synced on my computer. I followed all the steps and made sure I was connected to the same wifi, but it is still not working.

Unable to play purchased songs

Why won't Spotify play my purchased downloads? Since the last update they are still in my playlists but greyed out, in order to play them it says I need to update to premium but I've already paid for them!!! Is anyone else experiencing this problem?
