The timer when listening to audiobooks is not working.
when I set the timer to stop at the end of the chapter, it just continues onto the next
I am currently on an iOS device, The app is fully updated, and I have a premium account

Shocking this is taking so long to fix, clearly something broke in a recent commit. This should be something a single dev can fix in a few hours.
I’m also puzzled that there is no solution to this really annoying bug. It’s a very small single thing that’s gone wrong. Specifically: the “end of chapter” timer stopped working on audiobooks. Audiobooks breeze through the timer as if it wasn’t there - and therefore play forever. Nothing else. It must be a relatively simple error that one tweak to a setting would cure. Yet as it is, use of audiobooks (which are tightly time-limited over a month) becomes very troublesome for many users who like to use this feature eg to fall asleep.
Please can the engineer who set the setting wrong please flick that switch back?
Thank you.
Hey folks,
Thank you for your patience.
According to the information we received from the internal teams, this should be fixed on the latest version of the app. So if you're still having this issue, we'd recommend updating your app to its latest version available. It's also worth performing a clean reinstall of the app to get rid of any cache that might be causing trouble, in case the issue persists.
Hope this helps. Let us know how it goes.
Great. I just did a clean reinstall and the chapter end timer now seems to work. Thank you!
I would like to press "Accept as solution" as requested for OscarDC's solution - which works (hurray!) - but there doesn't seem to be any such option or button on ios or PC!
Oooo that seems to have worked. Thanks Oscar!
