Back Button Not Responding

I've seen a lot of similar threads on the andriod pages, but nothing for iphone. I downloaded the spotify app on my phone today and the "back/previous" button is not working and is grayed out. I can't swipe to the left either; I can only swipe right or hit the "next" button. My iphone is a 5c with ios 10.2.1.

Hey @Danamite, what are you playing from when the back button is grayed out? For example: a playlist, a radio station, album, Daily Mix, etc?

@Swanny I'm just putting the "songs" tab on my library on shuffle.

Hmm ok, are you able to post a screenshot of the back button being grayed out?

Here it is. The difference isn't big, but the button won't work.

Thanks for that, are you possibly able to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app? It is possibly a glitch with the app, which is worth escalating up, however I would like to see if uninstalling and reinstalling fixes the issue 🙂

(Sorry for the late reply) When I tried a premium trial the button started working. If that was the problem then I feel like that's kinda problematic considering you have to pay just to rewind a song.
