Block / Hide / Blacklist tracks or artists

(Moblie) I listened to one song by Tom Rosenthal about a month ago, I added it to my songs and a playlist. Now months later (after I have removed the song) every other song on shuffle is by Tom Rosenthal, I've tried every suggestion to log off or turn off auto play and I'm still stuck listening to an artist I don't want to hear. It would be great if I could just block his songs from ever playing again.
