Bluetooth sound bad

I just set up a Bluetooth sender/receiver on my windows7 machine

good news it works, bad news the sound keeps breaking up badly, not at all acceptable

It works perfectly on Local File music  directly

I am on Spottily unlimited, so thought that the streaming was my problem.

But its not that because when I play my Local Files thru Spotify, I get the same problem with the sound

Any clues?

Spotify Unlimited does not support iOS. Bluetooth works fine for me iPhone to car stereo no problems.

Yes I agree Ipod bluetooth works OK

Its Spotify on my windows 7 PC that has the problems
