Can't Log In

I can log in on web but not via he mobile app. I've changed password online and when I try and reconnect via app, it says incorrect password! Help please!

Make sure you are logging in with your username and not your full email address.

If you have a username-based account, the username will be the one you'll have to use everytime you log in.
