My Question or Issue

When I try to access the album ‘Bach, J.S.: The Organ Works’, recorded by Peter Hurford (spotify:album:7qePjeQ4Je8G1RqeaiIQVs), I am presented with a screen that says “Something went wrong” and a Try Again button that never does anything. I have previously been able to access this album, and it is definitely available in my country. This issue seems to have occurred after I attempted to download the album. I have signed in and out and reinstalled the app. The issue only occurs on my iOS devices.

 

How can I resolve this issue?

Hey @Stretto  Welcome to the Spotify Community!

 

What i would recommend on doing is signing out and reloggin back into your account. What this does is resync all the information with Spotify servers and hopefully it will show the playlist you are looking for.
