Can't delete corrupt folder on Spotify on my iPhone

I have a folder on Spotify on my iPhone that won't delete when i try to. The Spotify-App just crashes. The folder isn't visible on my computer's spotify playlists... Its driving me nuts, could you help me out here Spotify???

Please is there a support group you can e-mail, a phone number you can call? Where is the support?????? I mean come on i pay money for this music service and there is no help from nowhere? Seriousley considering to terminate my account over this lack of support.
