Can’t log into iOS app after resetting password

My Question or Issue

Reset password recently after notification of “suspicious activity” (note: did not use link in email). Attempting to log into app causes it to claim I’m offline after several minutes of trying to log in. No errors logging into browser on my laptop. Could not fix by uninstalling app, wiping app data from my phone, or performing a soft reset. Both Spotify and iOS are up to date

Alright, can you also try using a different connection on your iOS device and repeat the login process again to see if it makes any difference? You can use either another WiFi connection or a LTE/5G network.

Hey there @Dothesematter! Thanks for posting here and welcome to the Community!

Can you try logging in on Spotify on another iOS device of a friend or relative to check if the same error happens? If you can't try it on another iOS device, you could try using a hotspot to check if you can log in and no errors appears.

Also, can you check if you are not using any VPN service that might be causing this issue on attempting to log in?

I managed to successfully log in using a 4G connection. Thank you for the help
