My Question or Issue
I haven't been able to open the application. I can't remove it correctly and when I try to open it, it just doesn't respond. I already tried to delete it and then restart my phone so I can download it again. But this hasn't worked.

It seems like your not on the latest iOS version.
The latest version is iOS 12.4. You can update your device by going to Settings > General > Software Update.
Once you've updated the device, please let me know if you're still unable to use the Spotify app.
