Can’t play any Taylor Swift song on IOS app

My Question or Issue

Unable to play any Taylor swift music on the app. Even in playlists / radio no music will play it will just skip over , or not appear at all . I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app , and logging out .

Could you try with another Spotify account, doesn't matter if it is not Premium, to see if the same thing happens there?

Thank you for posting on this thread!

 

To start, it's worth checking that Taylor Swift is not blocked on your account. From the mobile app, please open her artist profile and click on the 3 dots, then make sure it's not blocked.

 

If it's not, then we'd like to make sure if this issue is isolated to your account, can you log in with another account, such as a friend's or a family member's to see if the issue persists? Alternatively, you can create a free account here, just make sure you're logged out of your own account before creating a new one.
