Can't play anything on any mobile device

Can't play anything on any mobile device

I can't play anything on either my iPad or my HTC, no matter how many times I redownload the app. It doesn't show the can't play track banner, it just freezes and sometimes crashes afterwards. Also, the tracks on a playlist appear gray and not white. Spotify works perfectly on my desktop, and this problem showed up about a month ago.
