Can't sign up

I tried making a new account on the iOS app, but for some reason it says something like "Can't login, maybe you're username or password is incorrect. Have you signed up for Spotify?" I AM TRYING TO SIGN UP. Doesn't make sense. But somehow it actually does make the account because when I try to sign up again with the same credentials it says the username was taken. But I cannot sign in to the supposed account because it says the same thing "Can't login, maybe you're username or password is incorrect. Have you signed up for Spotify?" I hope this is resolved soon

There is currently a login problem affecting some users that Spotify is working on a fix for.
