Cannot Add or Delete Stations on iPhone

I'm not sure what happened, but now when I navigate to "Library" and click on "Stations", I can no longer add or delete anything.  Am I missing something??

Been a premium user for years, now cannot add or delete stations.  Fed up with the old ones. Any solutions?

As far as I can tell there’s nothing that can be done about it right now. I saw someone else posted about this and someone from Spotify responded that they’re “testing”. Whatever that means.
