Cannot sign in

Cannot sign in

I can't get my account back on because it says that I already have an account with the email. So after that I clicked reset password, made a new one, followed the link, and clicked sign out of all devices. I get the pop up that I'm signed out and go to the app to try and sign in just to get the same message. I'm at a dead end now and of course can't find a direct way to contact spotify. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Are you entering your email when you try to log into the app?

 

If you are this is the cause of your problem, you need to log in using your username when logging into the Spotify app 🙂
