Cannot start a playlist

My Question or Issue

I’ve recently joined Spotify but I cannot start a playlist, nothing happens when I click on create a playlist and I’ve also tried it via going on a song and trying to add that song to a playlist but nothing happens?

What do you expect to happen really? When you add a track to "your playlist" it should appear in Your Library -> Playlists -> "your playlist".
