My Question or Issue

Has anyone else had a problem using Spotify in your car via an iPhone and the Car Play app? Suddenly, my playlists won’t load. I think the car manufacturer has disabled that in order to force subscribing to their online service that offers Spotify.

Thanks for posting in the Community.

 

What's the model of the head unit you're using? If it's an integrated one, what's the car model? We can then check if there are any limitations, but I think that's rather not the case.

 

Have you tried using different accounts on the head unit? Did it bring any change?
