Cellular Data Toggle in iOS App Not Working

If the cellular data toggle is turned off within the iOS app, cellular data is still used when listening to playlists that have been downloaded on wifi. This is a major bug in the Spotify iOS app (I am using the latest app update too). I would caution other users to monitor their cellular data downloads. I have notified Spotify several times of this flaw (and I have seen this issue listed by others when doing a Google search - going back at least 8 months). This part of the iOS app function cannot be trusted and needs to fixed ASAP.
