I have to be honest and say i'm not really sure what you mean by that.

The musical content presented on a user's homepage is selected in direct contact with the country of origin selected when creating the account.

That means that changing the content would have the user changing his country of origin and providing a suitable payment method for that.

Hope this had shed some light.
