“Clear All” button has disappeared when adding/removing a song from multiple playlists

My Question or Issue

It used to be that you could press a button that said “Clear All” at the top right when adding/removing a song in order to remove them from all playlists you’ve added it to.

It disappeared today and the interface seems to have reverted to the previous format that forces you to have to scroll throughout all your playlists to remove it (because the playlists the song was added to are no longer all organized at the top of the list when adding/removing).

Thanks for reaching out. Consider performing a clean reinstall if you haven't already, that can help with a multitude of issues, so hopefully it will resolve this as well. If the issue persists, could you please test on some more devices to see if the same happens and then provide us some screenshots? That will help us investigate this.

I also saw the feature of being able to remove a song from all playlists at once, which I had been wanting for years. Now it's gone, and I'm very disappointed having to hunt through all my playlists to completely remove a song from my library. This is such a basic and very useful feature. Please bring it back and leave it in!

My Question or Issue

When I press the check mark to add a song to another playlist, the ‘Clear’ button (used for removing the song from all playlists) is now gone. 

In addition, when adding or removing a song, from the check mark button, the playlists the song is in does not sort to the top anymore. 

both of these features existed prior to iOS 18. I believe it was an incremental update to iOS 18 when the app seems to have reverted this ability.
