Collaboritive Playlist Link (not working)

I sent a link of a playlist to multiple spotify users and it simply did not work for 5/6 of them and did not work when i put it in my instagram bio. It only worked for 1 person who added songs successfully (she was the first one to access the link) and the playlist says it has 2 followers (me and her presumably). to my knowledge a collaborative playlist can be shared with more than 1 other person though i could be wrong. i was wondering if there was a reason that the link would not work and if not it could be fixed.
