I have my cellular data on but have turned off cellular data for spotify app. I am trying to listen to an offline playlist but it is still using my cellular data. Am I doing something incorrect?

Everything gone wrong

I don't know what's happened but I've gone from having zero problems with Spotify, to having all of them. The app now won't play music when it's minimised without a workaround, the bar at the bottom can't be used to pause or play and it never changes...

My LG soundbar is not an option any longer for a speaker source. I did do a firmware upgrade on my router recently. There must be a setting on the router that needs to be adjusted? Please help! Thanks
