My Question or Issue

So , when my wifi is turned on, my spotify works perfectly. As soon as i turn on my mobile data, my spotify says that its connecting, but its not getting connected. I tried everything as it has been suggested and still it doesn't work. So please help me.

Could you go to Settings > Playback > Offline Mode and make sure it is off?

I'd also suggest using the Sign Out Everywhere and Remove Offline Devices options from your Spotify account page.
