Control Spotify on an iOS device from a PC

Does anyone know of an app that will let you control Spotify on an iPhone or iPad from a PC? A lot of times I plug up my iPad to my stereo and would love to control it from my iPhone or PC. I've Googled around a bit but could only find results for controlling Spotify on a PC from a mobile device.

Spotify connect is kind of like this, but it does not have desktop support (yet!), here is more information on it 🙂 Hopefully desktop support will be added soon!
